As I sit at my desk, I can see snow driving by the windows. This snow fall has clumps of snow falling, or the flakes must be at least 1/2 - 1 inches in diameter.
The ground is white again, the roads covered and the grass invisible once more. This storm will
go on for a couple of days, with colder temps too.
ack! When will spring be here?

I can live just fine with 40 degrees. At least the yucky giant piles of dirty ice have, for the most part, slinked away into the storm drains. Spring will be here next week for sure. Winter can't be far behind. :)
When our family moved from South Carolina to New Jersey, I remember enjoying the winter (hey, I was 8 years old). And one memory that stands out is that it snowed the first day of Spring. Of course, that was New Jersey, not Minnesota, where it probably snows the first day of Summer. Anyway, hang in there, kid. You'll be wearing short sleeves in no time.

down mood. NOT! I do not want to think about winter any more. My new rod and reel is waiting for me. I can't stand it!
